The event brought together a vibrant community of case managers, professionals, and exhibitors working across complex care, brain injury, and rehabilitation.

“Representing Snap Care, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with many case managers we already work with, as well as meeting new faces who are equally passionate about delivering high-quality, client-focused support. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, collaboration, and innovation.

The speaker sessions were particularly impressive – covering a wide range of thought-provoking topics around identity, inclusion, and personalised care.

It was inspiring to hear from experts and those with lived experience, including Phyllida Swift, Andrew Jenkins, and Teresa Clarke, who delivered incredibly candid, brave, and highly personal talks.

A huge thank you to CMSUK for organising such a professional and engaging event”.
