About Snap Care:

Snap Care is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to sourcing high-calibre professionals such as Personal Assistants, Support Workers, SEN Nannies/Mannies, and Night Carers. We support children, young people, and adults with disabilities or additional needs. Our clients across the UK include private families, case managers, and solicitors who rely on our expertise to find the best possible care. We are a small, but well-established company, forming in 2001.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter Assistant with a strong background in Disability/SEN/D to support one of our experienced recruiters. In this role, you will assist in managing a large caseload of clients who use our Shortlist Service. Your key responsibilities include evaluating and shortlisting candidates by conducting phone screenings to assess their suitability. Additional tasks include answering calls, managing CRM data, posting external job adverts, sending emails, and conducting candidate searches. This is a 12-month maternity cover position with the potential to become a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a high-volume caseload within our Shortlist Service.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Verify candidates' qualifications, experience, and eligibility to work.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, job posting, and candidate searches.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with candidates.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone with significant experience in Disability/SEN/D, ideally including complex healthcare. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities. You should be confident, personable, and skilled at quickly building rapport over the phone. Someone with a genuine passion for ensuring the right support is provided to our clients is essential. You must have a private, dedicated workspace for remote work.

What We Offer:

  • A supportive and friendly remote-working team, many of whom have been with Snap Care for years.
  • A company laptop with an integrated phone system for use while working.
  • Commission on successful placements.
  • Early finish on Fridays at 4:00 PM.

Application Process:

Snap Care will manage the entire recruitment process, including shortlisting and conducting interviews. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role and candidates must be living in the UK.
