Why Choose Snap Care?

Because we are passionate about placing the best people to support our clients!

Our business is focused on achieving an objective for our clients - and we recruit motivated people like you, to achieve that. We understand the significant part you are going to play.

Snap Care was started in 2001 by an SEN nanny, Sally Britton, and Andrew Knight who has a daughter Camilla, who has cerebral palsy, so we have an understanding from both sides of the partnership.

What we offer you:

Access to the Latest SEN Jobs

We have been placing dedicated individuals in great jobs since 2001 and are well known as the leading agency for SEN jobs. We typically have more than 50 live vacancies at any one time, in all parts of the UK (and some internationally), giving you great choice.

Once registered with Snap Care, you will automatically receive details via an email of relevant new vacancies, as soon as they go live on our website.

In addition to the vacancies we recruit for, we also promote jobs for associated companies and clients, so the Snap Care website is the best place to look for a wide range of interesting jobs.

Full Job Details

We gain in-depth knowledge of the job, the client or family, and their requirements. Your recruiter can give you full information about the role; not just about the hours and the duties, but about who they are as a family or individual. It is important to match personality as well as experience when working in such a personal environment.

Competitive Hourly Rates

Our jobs offer a competitive hourly rate; we believe the experienced and dedicated people we work with should be appropriately rewarded; our recommended wage rates are often used as a guide by other professionals.

Support of a Reputable Agency

Working 1:1 with clients with a disability or additional needs in their own homes is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do, but we appreciate, it's not always the easiest. The team at Snap Care will support you throughout the recruitment process and once you are placed. Our recruiters all have hands-on experience in disability support, care, or education themselves, plus a wealth of knowledge gained through their years at Snap Care.

Training opportunities and career development

Many vacancies we recruit for have excellent training opportunities, the chance to work alongside other healthcare professionals such as Physio, Occupational, and Speech and Language Therapists, and have the support of a case manager. You will often be implementing a range of therapies and learning new skills each day.

Advice and Information

Our Job Seekers resources pages are packed with information, including help with your CV, interview tips, how to get a DBS Check and employment information. The team at Snap Care are very experienced and will be happy to give you information and advice about employment. Regular webinars will keep you up to date with current and interesting topics.

DBS Police Check: Processed and Paid For

We will process and pay for a Fast-tracked DBS Police Check if we successfully place you. We will also pay for the first year of your DBS Update Service as an extra little thank you for supporting our families or clients.

Employment Contracts

Some clients already have their own contract of employment, but if not, we will provide one for you and your employer. We are members of Nannytax Agency+ and can support clients and job seekers with employment law enquiries they may have.
