We recruit dedicated candidates to support our clients - babies, children, young people or adults with disabilities or additional needs. We also support families experiencing difficult situations such as long-term or terminal illness, and bereavement. 


Well-Paid SEN/Disability Support Jobs

We have well-paid jobs across the UK and some internationally; we recognise what an important job you do, and this should be appropriately rewarded. We recruit for a range of roles including Personal Assistants (PAs), Professional Support Workers, SEN Nannies and Mannies, Rota Nannies, Night Carers and Care Team Leaders. 

Our clients are seeking the best support which goes beyond providing the basic care needs. The high-calibre candidates we place will be working 1:1 to help each child, young person or adult reach their potential, maximise their opportunities and live the life they choose. 


Interesting and Diverse Roles

We work with private families and via case managers with a wide range of clients, aged from new born babies to adults. Snap Care candidate typically support our clients on a 1:1 basis within the clients home, but sometimes work may be in education or workplace settings, hospitals or rehabilitation centres.


Training and Career Progression

Many of our jobs will provide excellent client-specific, ongoing training, supervision and support. In all of our roles, you will learn valuable, transferable skills that will enable you to progress your career, whether that's to senior levels that command a higher salary and/or to new roles, for example from Support Worker, to Senior Support Worker, to Care Team Leader or even a recruiter at Snap Care! 

 

Utilise Your Skills, Experience and Attitude to Make a Difference

Our vacancies require skills in many areas including  Complex Health Care Needs, Physical Disability, Learning Difficulty or Disability. Communication Needs, Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Behavioural Needs, and SEMH.
