With many of the vacancies you see on our website, Snap Care will be carrying out the full recruitment process for the client. We will shortlist, interview, screen, carry out document and reference checks, and put you forward for that role. Some clients, however, prefer to carry out their own recruitment, or parts of it.
Parents, case managers and clients know that Snap Care is a great company to promote their vacancies through, we are well known in the industry and have a loyal following of candidates, built up since 2001.
If you apply for one of these jobs, it will either be through our Shortlist Service or Advertising package. We will either call you to confirm you meet the essential criteria for the role and then send your CV to the client, or the client will process all applications themselves and contact you directly, depending on the service our client is using.
