We're passionate about finding the best support for each child or client, a passion we've held since 2001!
We recruit dedicated individuals to provide 1:1 support to babies, children, young people, and adults with additional needs or disabilities. We also work with families experiencing difficult situations such as long-term or terminal illness, or bereavement. Our focus is on rehabilitation, therapy, empowering, enabling and supporting each individual to realise their full potential and embrace every available opportunity.
Our Motivation
Snap Care was set up by Sally Britton, BSc, a professional SEN Support Worker/Nanny and her partner, Andrew Knight, whose daughter Camilla, has cerebral palsy. Camilla was our inspiration to establish an agency that recruited high-calibre candidates, and she remains our benchmark for our high standards.
What We Do
We work directly with clients, parents, and via case managers, deputies and insurers, to recruit Personal Assistants, Night Carers, SEN Nannies and Mannies, Professional Support Workers, Care Team Leaders, and Buddies, across the UK and Internationally.
